Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Tola Saint API, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, merchants, and developers who access the Service.

2. The service

Tola Saint provides a developer platform for generating KHQR payments and payment links and for tracking their status. The Service integrates with third-party payment providers to facilitate transactions.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Keep secret keys server-side and rotate them if you suspect they are compromised.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond documented interfaces, exceed rate limits, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that poses a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Payments & settlement

Payments are processed through ABA using your ABA merchant link. The payment status shown in the Service reflects the latest information available for each transaction.

You are responsible for reconciling completed payments against your ABA account records before fulfilling orders. Tola Saint is not a bank and does not hold funds on your behalf.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Tola Saint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
